Mrs Deme Harsha Reddy

Mrs Harsha combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to children’s holistic development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Osmania University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L), and brings over 16 years of experience from global organizations.

Her journey helped her recognize the importance of adaptability, creativity, empathy, and critical thinking—skills essential for children growing up in an AI-driven world.

Guided by the Birla Open Minds philosophy, she envisions a school that goes beyond academics to nurture confidence, curiosity, character, and lifelong learning, within a safe and encouraging environment that parents can trust.

Mr Dega Vishnu Vardhan Reddy

Mr Vishnu holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering and a Postgraduate qualification in Management Information Systems. His early career in the United States as a Business Analyst with government agencies and reputed organizations provided him with strong expertise in project planning, execution, and management.

On returning to India, he established a successful construction company, gaining extensive experience in infrastructure development. His understanding of creating safe, efficient, and child-friendly spaces plays a key role in shaping learning environments that support holistic education and all-round development.

Mr Sandeep Yalamanchili

Mr Sandeep is an Engineering graduate from Osmania University and holds a Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He began his career with an Investment Bank in New York, where he gained valuable international exposure, discipline, and strategic insight.

Motivated by his deep belief in education as a driver of societal progress, he returned to India in 2010 to dedicate himself fully to the academic field. He has since been actively involved in building and strengthening higher education institutions, contributing to academic excellence, governance, and long-term institutional growth.

Since 2016, Mr Vishnu and Mr Sandeep have been successfully running two Birla Open Minds branches at LB Nagar and Bandlaguda, earning the trust of parents through consistent academic quality and child-focused practices. This legacy reflects their unwavering commitment to the Birla Open Minds vision, mission, and pedagogy.

Together, the leadership team is driven by a shared belief—to make high-quality, holistic education reachable and inclusive for all children.
